We believe that an investment by your company in Pilot500® is a very important statement of what senior management believe about the importance of your role and it is an excellent opportunity for you to provide open clear and honest feedback. This is your opportunity to help influence key aspects related at many aspects of your organization and how it supports your efforts on a daily basis. Of course, the strategy is still determined by the leadership team, but the execution of the strategy and how it is supported could be clearly influenced with your help. Your opinion seems to count for your Management!

Your responses are FULLY ANONYMOUS. If you are a line manager then your responses will be visible in the results however we ask not for your own opinion but for you to respond with what you believe that the average response of your team will be.
The analysis of your answers will allow your senior management to make clear decisions, based on field reality, concerning your organization, your tools and working methods.

Of course, everything cannot be done immediately. Your management will have to prioritize any recommended changes, but in most of the cases, we have observed that they actively consider your feedback, your suggestions and feelings for a common success.
